The Nutrition Shoppe, Collaboration, and MUFFINS!

Hi guys! So I have a big announcement to make:

I’m officially half of the brand spankin’ new marketing department of The Nutrition Shoppe, a vitamin/supplement retailer with an emphasis on holistic healing and high-quality supplements developed by the in-house doctor, Len Brancewicz.

It’s pretty exciting, because I’ve been using their products (Omega 3-s, protein powder, etc.) throughout my weight-loss and fitness process and since my boyfriend already works for them, they brought me in because of my social media savviness to help revive the brand a bit. One thing led to another, and….here I am! 🙂

I can definitely get behind a brand with such great products, and with such a focus on health, instead of merely sales! However, I want EVERYBODY to know about how great their products are, especially their protein powder, which is such a hot topic these days.

Now, all you other fitness buffs out there, I know how much you go back and forth between different protein powders. I know I did! But when I came across the chocolate PowerFusion, I was in protein/chocolately heaven!  It’s truly, without a doubt one of the most delicious tasting protein powders I’ve EVER had. And what’s more, it’s exceptionally high quality- low carb/fat, made with a New Zealand whey protein isolate that is great for fat loss.

Now I’ll be honest with you guys- I really don’t like protein shakes. HOWEVER- I do love adding protein powder into all sorts of yummy food items to increase the protein content! And on that vein, one of my favorite things to make are protein muffins!

(Here’s my boyfriend Kyle and I getting our inner Betty Crocker out!)

I recently perfected my recipe for low fat, low carb, high protein Chocolate Walnut Protein Muffins, which are absolutely to die for if I do say so myself 😉 You can find my blog post on the Nutrition Shoppe Blog!

I’m so excited to have a company that backs me up and supports all of my fitness/health ideals and one that I can support as well. They have helped so many people with their products and I’m blessed and grateful to be a part of that process.

If you want, I’d love it if you “Liked” us on Facebook, Followed us on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Youtube as well! Stay in touch with what’s going on at the Shoppe and feel free to join in on the converstation! I often post recipes, fun health/fitness motivation and more.

With locations in Fayetteville, GA, Rochester, PA and Wexford, PA- you can also stop in to the store. You may find me there! 😉

Be sure to check out the protein muffin recipe and let me know if you tried them!

Congrats on the gig! That’s kind of like my dream job. 🙂 It’s so hard though…to find a company that makes products you believe in but also that you can convince others to believe in too. So many people are very loyal to a brand ( I know I am) so to try to get them to try something else is so hard. But I will definitely check out NS and let you know if I try that Fusion powder. I’m a protein powder junkie ha!
