Okay guys. I concocted the most perfect meal EVER to bring in the lovely fall weather soon….wait for it…
Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt.
Yes. I have created a dish so delicious it will make you want to lick your bowl clean! (At least, if you’re a crazy pumpkin obsessed freak like I am.)
In all seriousness, this stuff is DELISH. So what will you need?
Basically, just throw a package of Greek Yogurt (I prefer Chobani or Fage!), maybe 1/3 can of pumpkin, a handful of walnuts, a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, and a dabble of vanilla extract together in a bowl and enjoy.
If you’re feeling extra fancy, throw some fat free Cool Whip or whipped cream on top 😉
This dessert is great because you can actually eat it as a meal! It’s high in protein, low in carb, high in fiber, low in sugar, and has some healthy dietary fats in there too. And it feels like you are cheating! hehe 😉
